On Saturday, December
17, 2016, the billysmithsells
Major Peewee AAA Petes lost
to the Oshawa Generals 3-1 in a home game at the Evinrude Centre. Cole Pottle scored the lone goal for the Petes unassisted. Nathan Cannons
played well in net.
On Sunday, December 18, 2016, the Petes defeated the Oshawa Generals 3-2. Nick Roode scored the first goal for the Petes with assists to Phoenix Smith and Parker Burgess. During the third period Roode scored again assisted by Cole Lester and Jack Carey. Tommy Pollock put the Petes ahead with a quick third goal assisted by Cole Pottle and Will Corcoran. Chase Denoble played a strong game in net. Next action for he billysmithsells Major Peewees AAA Petes will take place in the New Year when they head to Niagara Falls for the Festival of Lights January 5 - 7, 2017.
