Import/Waiver Players:
--> All Minor Petes AAA teams will be accepting import players arriving from other centres once they have been released

All player arriving on a waiver must provide a printed and signed copy of the release/waiver from their home centre and must purchase a Waiver Tryout passport.

Waiver Tryout Passport available HERE - this form remains open until end of tryouts.

Waiver players are not required to bring a Permission to Skate form.

Tryout Releases/Selection
** To check if your player is released or asked to return, please go to the team page you are trying out for and check for the players code in the Tryout List section.
** player codes are given to parents via email from coaches.

The PMHC is happy to announce that tryout passports are now available for the 2024-2025 U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, and U16 rosters.
Pre-Skates will run Monday April 15th-Friday April 19th
Tryouts will run for U10-U13 ~ Saturday April 20th–26th
Tryouts will run for U14-U16 ~ Monday April 22nd –28th
All players interested in trying out for a AAA Petes roster must register with PMHC by purchasing a tryout passport by Friday, April 12th 2024. Players are guaranteed at least 4 ice sessions between the pre-skates and tryouts. Payment of $150 must be received before the player will be allowed on the ice.
Your player must bring a printed and signed Permission-to-Skate form issued by your home center to THE FIRST TRYOUT.

Underage Players:

Any players wishing to tryout for a team as an underager MUST complete this separate form and pay an extra fee of $200.

This fee is refundable if you make the team, it is nonrefundable if you do not make the team.

Payment: All payments are to be made via sportspay (link is on the form)
Please note – There will be no refunds and funds will not transfer to tryouts at other centres (i.e., funds will not be transferred to the PHA to cover AA tryouts).
Jerseys: Players must bring their own jersey. Pinnies will be provided.
Releases: All releases shall follow OHF guidelines and are found on the PMHC Website
