Rehill Bantams Split Weekend Road Games
The Rehill Major Bantam AAA Petes finished the Thanksgiving weekend with a 3-1 win over Oshawa Minor Generals at the Campus Ice Centre.

In their first game of the weekend Rehill Bantams travelled to Rama to face the North Central Predators who are 6-0 for a strong start to their season. After the first period it was tied at 1 with a goal by Quinn MacMillan.  The Petes kept pace with the Preds through the second but couldn’t hold them back for the whole game.  With a strong effort from goalie Jacob Hearne the Petes ended up losing  3-1. On Monday the Rehill Bantams turned that around and defeated Oshawa 3-1.  Scoring for the Minor Petes were MacMillan, Braydon Crowe, and Matt McNamara.  The Minor Petes controlled the game and scored two power play goals.  Assists to Liam Hearne, Crowe and Greg Wayling. The Minor Petes goaltending was strong with Creed Jones getting the win in net. Next action for the Rehill Major Bantam Petes is Thursday when they are the host team in the Bantam Icefest Tournament in Peterborough.
