On Saturday April 27th, Josh Gillam and Broedie Birkhof of Hybrid Performance will host an educational seminar, free-of-charge, for the PMHC family. The goal of this seminar is to share knowledge with parents and players about Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD). The Fitzsimmons Towing Atom AAA Petes competed in the OMHA Championships this weekend and finished 4th with a 1-1-2 record. Congratulations Atom Petes! We're all so proud of you! Congratulations to Clarington Toros who brought home the red hats.
