Schedule & Results, Boston Pizza Midget AAA Petes, 2016-2017 (Peterborough Minor Petes)

The Boston Pizza Midget AAA Petes played in a special game hosted by the Central Ontario Wolves in Port Perry. The focus of the game tonight was our veterans with a wonderful rendition of the Canadian National Anthem lead by the COW players bench. 

The Petes played an excellent game against the 1st place Wolves trailing by just a goal heading into the last 5 minutes of the 3rd period when undisciplined play cost the Petes the chance of their first regular season win. 

Petes Goals scored by 6 Joe Doyle and 9 Matt Wilbee, assists to 71 Tyler Thompson (2), 8 Travis Buxcey and 6 Joe Doyle. Blake Curran was outstanding in net.

The Petes are back in action tomorrow night in Darlington against the 2nd place Clairington Toros.
