Foster is entering his second year as the U16 Head Coach after having a .648 winning percentage with the 2024-2025 team and winning an OMHA Championship as an assistant coach with the 2022-2023 U16 team.

Foster and his staff believe in creating a culture of high expectations, accountability, and togetherness.
