Payment
Payment is by credit card only. Registrants can pay in full or in three installments. These options will be presented at “checkout”.
Refund Policy
- The Hat Trick Raffle ($300) portion of registration will be non-refundable
- All refunds are subject to a $50.00 administration charge
- More information regarding refunds can be found in our Rules of Operation.
- Registration payment #1 due by June 15th
Waivers
During the registration process you will be asked to agree to:
- Rowan's Law - Concussion Protocol
- Player Code of Conduct
- Parent Code of Conduct
- Social Media Waiver
The information in these waivers is foundational to the Peterborough Minor Hockey Council. Please read each one carefully and go through the Player Code of Conduct with your player.
False Residency Claims and residency claims that cannot be substantiated will result in forfeiture of full registration fees.
