Congratulations to U14 Fitzsimmons Garage AAA Petes on winning the OMHA Championships!
In all, four of nine teams from the Peterborough Minor Hockey Council represented at two OMHA Championship weekends for AAA.
The U14 Fitzsimmons Garage AAA Petes won the championship going 5-0 for the weekend!
The U15 Ben Smith Sells AAA Petes secured a spot in the semi-finals on Sunday, April 3, 2022, with a round robin record of 1-1-1, however they lost in the semi-final 3-2 to the Central Ontario Wolves.
The U12 Jesse's Tap & Grill AAA Petes finished the round robin with a 2-1 record, advancing to the semi-finals on Sunday. However, they also lost a close one 2-1 to the Niagara North Stars.
The U11 Peak Benefits AAA Petes played in the OMHA Championship weekend on March 25-27 and played a solid round robin but were unable to advance to the semi-finals.
The U9 Hockey Hotel AAA Petes played in their championship weekend March 11-13 in Belleville, advancing to the finals on Sunday and bringing home the silver medal.
Congratulations to all PMHC teams on a very successful season. All players should be proud of their efforts.
