Congratulations to the 2021-2022 Board of Directors for the Peterborough Minor Hockey Council
At the Annual General Meeting on Monday, October 25, 2021, about 60 members joined the virtual meeting to approve the work of the previous year, the audited financial statements and to select the board of directors for the 2021-2022 season.

The Peterborough Minor Hockey Council Annual General Meeting will be held Monday, October 25, 2021 via Zoom. The Zoom link will be distributed by email to all 2021-22 members of the PMHC. All members are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
Member Sign in begins at 6:30 pm, and the meeting will begin at 7:00 pm.

The Agenda will be as follows:
a) approval of the agenda
b) approval of the minutes of the previous Meeting of the Membership
c) receiving reports of the activities of the PMHC during the preceding year
d) receiving information regarding the planned activities of the PMHC for the current year
e) receiving and approving the report of the Auditor of the PMHC from the previous year and a projected financial position for the current year
f) appointment of the Auditor for the ensuing year
g) any other business
h) election of the new Board
