Midget 2015/16 Season, 2014-2015 (Peterborough Minor Petes)

Major Midget 2015/2016 Spring Tryouts There will be Major Midget Spring Tryouts for local kids located in the Peterborough AAA zone only between April 13, 2015 and April 26, 2015.  Dates, times and locations to be confirmed via PMHC Website.  All players attending tryouts must have permission to skate, in writing, from the team/association/club with whom they are registered or remain a member.  Players who do not provide this permission are not eligible to participate. Dave Lorentz – Head Coach, Peterborough Major Midget Petes.   David Beckett, President of the Peterborough Minor Hockey Council announced today that Dave Lorentz a former Captain of the OHL Petes and a member of the 1989 Championship team will be coaching the Major Midget “AAA” Petes for the 2014/15 hockey season.  Following his time with the Petes, Dave was drafted 145th overall in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft by the Washington Capitals and represented Team Canada at the 1992 Spengler Cup.
