Matt Bowen – Head Coach Profile

Bowen leads a program that emphasizes growth and development during the formative years of U10 athletes. Bowen’s philosophy demonstrates that success and winning are natural byproducts of a strong developmental foundation, achieved by prioritizing skill development and fostering a supportive environment.
Before beginning his career in Education, Bowen played for four years in the CIS at Mount Allison University and the University of Windsor. With over 15 years of coaching experience at the Junior and AAA levels, Bowen has cultivated a winning culture rooted in the pursuit of excellence. His leadership ensures that his program thrives while preparing young athletes for long-term success on and off the ice.
