PMHC Annual General Meeting - Wed., May 29
The Peterborough Minor Hockey Council Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at the Evinrude Centre Multi-Purpose Room - 911 Monaghan Rd, Peterborough ON K9J 5K5.
Member Sign in begins at 6:30 pm, meeting to start at 7:00pm.
With exception of the President’s position, all other elected positions on the board are up for election.

The Agenda will be as follows:
a) approval of the agenda
b) approval of the minutes of the previous Meeting of the Membership
c) receiving reports of the activities of the PMHC during the preceding year
d) receiving information regarding the planned activities of the PMHC for the current year
e) receiving and approving the report of the Auditor of the PMHC from the previous year and a projected financial position for the current year
f) appointment of the Auditor for the ensuing year
g) consideration of any proposed amendments to the Constitution and/or By-laws of the PMHC
h) any other business - no notices were received by the deadline of April 30, 6 pm.
i) election of the new Board.
Any proposed amendments to the Constitution will be posted on the PMHC website (7) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
