All teams applying for this tournament MUST:
1-Complete and submit the online form.
2-Pay registration fee by cheque in the amount of $1150.00 CAD
3-Make payable to: Pat Larock Memorial Tournament
4-Mail fee to: Len Warriner 760 Brown St. Peterborough, Ontario K9J 4K8 Canada Accepted teams will be contacted and at that point required to submit roster and travel or permission permit.
