Minor Midget AAA Petes gained 5 of 6
points recently to lead the ETA East division.
On the weekend, the Petes played two games at the Minor Midget Showcase in Aurora. The Petes beat Quinte Red Devils 6-3 on Saturday and tied York Simcoe Express 2-2 on Sunday. Goal scorers were Boyd Stahlbaum (3), Kalvyn Watson (3), Nolan Burke and Noah Sedore. Kalvyn Watson and Will Cranley earned Player of the Game honours.
On Monday night, the Petes travelled to Markham for a late game, and won 6-2. Goal scorers were Avery Cook, Will Everson, Kalvyn Watson, Luc Reeve and Noah Sedore (2). Will Craig was strong in net.
