The Bantam Petes won in exciting fashion at the Evinrude on Sunday night, eliminating Kingston from the OMHA playoffs
Will Everson opened the scoring in the second period assisted by Nolan Burke and Kal Watson.
Kingston tied the game halfway through the third period. Then, after killing a 4 minute penalty, the Petes went on the powerplay with 59 seconds left in the game. Off the draw, Tyler Deline passed to Burke, who slid the puck past the goaltender, to win the game 2-1.
Peterborough will face Barrie in the second round of OMHA playoffs this weekend.
