Permission to Skate for Tryouts for the 2024-25 Season (schedule to be determined)
Permission to Skate (PTS) forms must be obtained from your player's home centre before attending the first tryout. Players will not be allowed on the ice until they have submitted a printed copy of their PTS to the tryout registration desk (at the first tryout the player attends).

For request of permission to skate forms - please login to your player's Hockey Canada Registry profile and it will specify under primary association, where you need to request your form from.
